Hi while running the denovogear I am getting the following error: Unable to find pair, exiting Denovogear! ( 2, 2) BCF PARSING ERROR - Paired Sample! -3 Exiting !
hmm you posted another question Denovogear Support Marked Dup And Sorted Bam Files? and both are short on details. Please give some information on what did you do so far (input files, command used, arguments etc) so someone can help you.
