Design Computer For Phylogenetic Analysis

Hi Biostars, I have been given ~$5000 to design a computer to be used primarily for phylogenetic analysis. I deal with about 300 taxa on average. I have access to a cluster for really big jobs, but it would be nice to have a good machine I have direct access to. Given that amount of money, what should I focus my spending on? processors, memory, graphic cards,... ? thanks

ps I mainly use MrBayes, Raxml, PhyML, and several alignment programs.

We recently bought a workstation with the following configuration and quite happy with that:

2x Intel Xeon E5-2687W @ 3.10GHz

2x Nvidia GTX 690

64 GB RAM
