If I am given a scale ranging from some negative value say -10 (implies drug is sensitive) to some positive value say +10 (means drug is resistant) - what could be the value range that imply a drug can be taken? I mean to ask is it required to be in:

  • Some positive and some negative range (like -4 to +4) - implying drug is less sensitive or less resistant.
  • Extremes (like <0 or >0) - implying either drug is sensitive or resistant

What could be the good range?

I do not think anyone on this list can answer your question. I would suggest going back to the developers of the scale to help you come up with an answer.
