Hi -- I am trying to download, understand, and use the dbSNP tables (reference: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/SNP/snp_db_list_table.cgi?fld=TableName&cond=view+all&srch=&cond=view+all&cond=contains&cond=&type=&fld=TableName&fld=TableName&fld=&srch=&srch=&srch=&go=Search+%28case+insensitive%29&.cgifields=cond&.cgifields=fld).

Many SNPs make sense to me, but one that does not is rs5. On the dbSNP web interface (reference: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/SNP/snp_ref.cgi?searchType=adhoc_search&type=rs&rs=rs5), you can see that rs5 has two alleles, A and G. However, in the dbSNP_SNPAlleleFreq table, there are no rows with snp_id = 5. Shouldn't I see two rows, one for A and one for G?

Thanks for any help!
