Hi:

This is a general question.

I wanted to what software programs are currently available for estimating admixture dates using genome-wide SNP data?

I was using ALDER and ROLLOFF, but since I want to date an admixture event from a close related population to my test population I do not get any significant result.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not being a jerk: ADMIXTURE , it is a real program :-).

I would suggest thinking about MAF filtering and how you want to thin your markers. In the case of admixture you really want quality over quantity. I would try running admixture before and after filtering. It is surprising how much the signals change.
