I perform blast in the blast2 go and then the GO and annotation steps. In previous projects I had the option to create "direct Go count" graphs on the process, function and component. I remember that there was such an option in the statistics>annotation statistics menu. However, I can't see those options anymore. Moreover, I also need to have this data in a txt format, how can I acheieve this? I mean to have some table of the distribution of the sequences according to the GO and the annotation?
