Can anyone point me to a database of genome-wide homolog predictions for prokaryotes? I know of various ortholog databases (such as Roundup e.g.) but I'm looking for a database that keeps track of paralogs as well in a convenient genome-wide setting. This probably makes no sense in the eukaryotic context but I'm interested in the `copy number' variation in different homolog classes across sequenced prokaryotes. I'm happy to program a script to extract the information if someone can summarize how to get non-redundant yet complete genome-wide copy numbers. Thanks for any help.
