Hi, Just looking for some help. I have a list of top SNPs which were generated for number of traits I am studying. I am trying to see if any of these SNPs are in linkage disequilibrium with SNPs found in literature as also being associated with the same trait. I have tried SNPsnap and none of my top SNPs appear to be in LD with any of the literature SNPs. I am not sure if I have used SNPsnap incorrectly or they just aren't in LD. Does anyone recommend another ways to do this (not command line please). Thanks in advance, Niamh Wilke.
