downloading manifest files on TCGA GDC

I want to download manifest files from TCGA GDC. However, they use reference build GRCh38 for example look at that link below:

I want to download manifest files for reference build hg19. How can I do that? Insights will be appreciated.

If they are available then they would likely be at the legacy GDC.

Thank you for you reply. Yes I figured that out too. But legacy GDC won't let me enter a list barcodes unlike the current GDC. I will just liftover instead.
