Autodock4

Hello all,

I ran with Autodock 4 with silicon for 2000 runs successfully. However, for 10,000 it gives me an error when recompiling. What changes do I have to make to ensure that 10,000 runs successfully too ? May be the .dpf or .gpf has to be changed?

Any help is appreciated.
