I need a way to visualize the following data

I have a list of mutations(varscan2 output) in both primary and metastatic tumors in many cancer subtypes, I need to tool that visualizes the relationship between the somatic mutations(enriched compared to normal in each tumor type) in primary and metastatic, probably with exploiting how much variant allele frequency distribution is enriched/altered.

What we are interested to see is how many recurrent mutations are common between many cancer subtypes metastasis, yet they are absent from non-metastatic tumors of the same subtype. I want to visualize such mutations trajectories.

Any recommendations for ways to visualize varscan2 output will be amazing!

Thanks in advance
