ClinicalTrial data in CSV format

Hello I want to create a local database which contains all the data from ClinicalTrials.gov. In the website they only allow us to download in XML, API XML and API JSON type. But the downloaded files are separated in lots of different folders and in these folders there are lots of other xml files (or json). How could I handle to store them in a local database? Or possibly convert all these xml (or json) files in a single csv file?
