Has anyone used BBKNN for batch correction?
I've been trying to find a tutorial or paper that uses BBKNN to batch correct with multi batches. Does anyone know of anything like this?
I am looking to make region, species, and treated vs untreated each a batch. Basically, I have two regions, two species, and samples from both regions of one species that were treated.
