Hi all! I want to obtain triangulations of Solvent Excluded Surfaces of proteins stored in PDB and PDBx files on python. Is there any library/module which can help me with this?

Thanks in advance!

Couldn't find a python module yet but I found a bioconda package that gets the job done: MSMS.

It's based on this paper by Michel F. Sanner, Arthur J. Olson & Jean-Claude Spehner.

How to use it can be found here.
