Greetings fellow scientists
I'm busy finishing of my data analysis of my RNAseq analysis. Using Mapman to get a bit of a better view of what is going on. Unfortunately it appears that the current latest TAIR10 mappings are a little out of date. Is there a better annotation? There are a Mapman4 link but I can't seem to get it to work. Is Mapman4 for available in app form?
