Nice to meet you.

I am a beginner who has just started analyzing NGS. Please let me know if there is a good way to analyze the data. I would like to cluster the data generated by the amplicon analysis and find out how many clusters there are. I was able to do that, but I don't know the amount of base sequence contained in the cluster. Hopefully I want to sort them in descending order of clusters, can I do it with cd-hit? I thought I could do it with vsearch, but I couldn't tell how many base sequences the cluster contained by just the number of clusters. Since I am not familiar with bioinformatics, is there any existing software that seems to be able to do the above?

After clustering, the base sequences are arranged in descending order.

Teach me please.
