Hello,
I am trying to use STAR aligner. The .err file has the following message: "expr: syntax error"
The .out file is as follows: Oct 28 00:12:06 ..... started STAR run Oct 28 00:12:07 ..... loading genome Oct 28 00:12:09 ..... started mapping Oct 28 11:36:07 ..... finished mapping Oct 28 11:36:07 ..... started sorting BAM Oct 28 11:39:25 ..... finished successfully All Done!
I only have 5% of the total reads aligned. I would appreciate any suggestions to fix this issue. Thanks!
