According to the manual, it says this function subtract the aggregated expression of control feature sets.
Does this mean I could only use up-regulated (or over-expressed) genes as features?
I'm trying to figure out which cells have the property of cancer stem cell, and I have the DEG list (compared with differentiated cancer cell)
