Input:

corset -g F,F,F,F,G,G,G,G F1.bam F2.bam F3.bam F4.bam G1.bam G2.bam G3.bam G4.bam

Output:

Running Corset Version 1.09
Setting sample groups:F,F,F,F,G,G,G,G, 2 groups in total
The number of experimental groups passed (via the -g option) does not match the number of input files. Please check how many values you have passed.

OR

Input:

corset *.bam

Output:

Running Corset Version 1.09
Reading bam file :
F1.bam
0 million alignments read
0.2 million alignments read
....
135 million alignments read
Done reading F1.bam
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I have tried with and without the -n option, as well as the -r option. With the -n option it gives:

the number of sample names passed (via the -n option), 8, does not match the number of samples, 1. Please check how many values you have passed.

I'm at a loss here, it doesn't seem to recognize the files unless I use a wildcard, and then it only reads the first file and I get a segmentation fault.

Any advice would be appreciated. I didn't find any faults with a memory test.

Hi,

I had the same problem. I wonder if you have fixed it?

Thanks!
