I'm trying to download a database of compounds paired with toxicity information. The best database I've found is CompTox. They have a nice dashboard and batch download feature, but what's downloaded is either columns with output toxicity predictions or a columns with Yes/No for presence of toxicity information.
It appears that you need to go to each compound individually to download the real toxicity data.
Does anyone here know how to download the toxicity data in batch, or all of the toxicity data in CompTox?
If there's other easier to access sources of data, that'd be helpful too.
