Hello! I would like to ask for help on how can I present the results of my annotation using Prokka. I have also done annotation using the web-server of RAST which gave out a nice pie chart. Can I also achieve this using the outputs from Prokka? I tried using the Krona-visualization tool in usegalaxy but I can't seem to produce a graph/chart. Thank you very much!
A visualisation of what? Number of genes?

Prokka doesn't support this itself. You'd have to write some custom code most likely.
