I have tried with the new version of STAR (2.7.9a) for my smart-seq2 dataset, but soloFeatures Velocyto is not working. Any idea which version of STAR is working for smart-seq2 with Velocyto? how to get mRNA spliced/unspliced/ambiguous quantification?
