Does anyone know where I can find the polysome profiling data for E .Coli ? I have searched a lot about it but I am not able to find it out
Search sra-explorer (LINK) with polysome[All Fields] AND profiling[All Fields] AND ("Escherichia coli"[Organism] OR escherichia coli[All Fields]). I see some results. You will need to look through them and see if any are usable.
