Hi,

I have a data, including samples and different types of clinical characteristics for those samples. I want to have a heat map plot to show the value of each clinical characteristic per sample. Some characteristics have binary values and some of them have real values. How should I generate a heat map plot by using different range of colours for each characteristic? then how can I specify the colours for each characteristic manually?

Thanks

You can plot multiple heatmaps side by side.

Please check the following link that contains full reference for ComplexHeatmap library in R: https://jokergoo.github.io/ComplexHeatmap-reference/book/
