Enrichedheatmap files to use

Hello everyone, I have a problem for making the heatmap.

I used the conversion of bam files for making the bed used to the heatmap. I ended up having millions of rows most likely impossible to interpolate with bigwig files. I though that a good way would be to use the bed file "summitpeaks.bed" that I get from macs2 analysis which is also statistical significant for the analysis. I d like to know from you guys what type bed files do you use,
