Hey everyone
Could someone please tell me how I can do diversity analysis for my fastq samples please? From my understanding, creating OTU is the first step. Is there any tool/software/website that I can make use of to do this? Also what kindof input file is required to generate OTU tables and how to proceed further from there/ I'm fairly new to metagenomic analysis.
