Variant calling for pool-seq data

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a bioinformatic pipeline suited for variant calling of pool-seq data, do you have any suggestions?

I know that GATK is well known for individual sequencing, but finding information for pool sequencing is rather difficult for me.
