Greetings! I would like to study deeply, question about sequencing depth. By sequencing depth I mean - reads per sample, its very important in my experiments. I will be glad to any link about this topic. I would also like to ask your opinion - What do you think is the minimum number of reads per sample for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of 16S/fungi metagenome data? Thank you very much!
