rmats processing temporary outputs

Hi I am wondering if I can process the rmats temporary outputs using some scripts:

read_outcomes_by_bam.txt

xxx.rmats

The rmats program on my server can run successfully until the first part which gives rise to the two file types as described above, but fail to generate the final results file due to some errors.

I would like to try to perform the second step on an alternative server/computer with the output files from the first step. Could anyone please give me some advice?
