Hello my friends, I encoutered a problem that when I used "minimap2 -a reference.fa reads.fa > mapping.sam" to generate a sam file, I found if the "pos" in the sam was used together with "CIGAR" to deduce the mapping, the result was wrongly mapped. When I ignored the "pos", the result is correct. anyone encountered similar problems? Thanks.
