How to convert CEL file to PLINK format

Hello,

I am a PhD student and I am working with SNP data for the first time.

All I have is .CEL file and from what I understand from the manuals for PLINK i need either .map and .ped or a VCF file. I'm struggling to find information on how to achieve that. A lot of sites I did find say I need a few different files besides .CEL.

I am working with SNP data from different apple varieties (plant breeding department), adn the idea is to analyse the data with PLINK.

Any help would be deeply appreciateed.
