I downloaded 150 SRA datasets from a Bioproject PRJNA639066 and I need the assembled genome uploaded by the submission group, is it simply not available? I do not see a link to the assembly in the "Related information" section, or is there another way to find out if a Bioproject has submitted an assembled genome using the dataset they uploaded? Thank you in advance.

I went to the main NCBI web site and typed your study number, and then clicked on the BioProject result. Here is a link:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/?term=PRJNA639066

Links to Nucleotide (Genomic RNA) are in the middle of the page, and also on the right side.
