Hi, I am newbie in bioinformatics data analysis. I started with microarray but I am stucked :(. For training I am using a one dataset from GEO (GSE 106765). This dataset has 2 cell lines HCC827 and PC9. Also they are treated with 2 different drugs individually. Lastly there is no technical or biological replicates, so they are single. In GEO2R, I want to analyze them seperately For example; HCC827-WT vs HCC827-Osimertinib Resistant ---> 2 samples HCC827-WT vs HCC827-Afatinib Resistant ---> 2 samples PC9-WT vs PC9-Osimertinib Resistant ---> 2 samples PC9-WT vs PC9-Afatinib Resistant ---> 2 samples I want to analyze them separately but when I choose 2 of 6 samples. GEO2R gives me an error. Is there a way to do like explained above?

DE analysis needs replicates. For training search for a dataset that has replicates. No point learning from poor experiments.
