Hi,

I submitted the file in ENA but it is private and i don't want it to do public. Can there any ways to share the data with the reviewer (for checking the data and output results). I have a fastq file in my Linux server and I want to create a link so I have to just send those links and they directly open those fastq files from our server. Is it possible, if yes then please suggest which software does this.

Thanks in advance

I don't know about ENA, but with NCBI GEO you keep your data submission private (until publication) while still allowing reviewers to review/confirm your submission via an access token (link). I recommend double checking the ENA FAQs to see if something similar exists.

From https://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/help/data_availability.html#general I was able to find the following (not sure if it applies in your case):

" Access to private data is possible via submitter and reviewer login accounts created by ArrayExpress upon successful loading of an experiment or array design into the database."

Why would reviewers want to see fastq files ?
