Hello dears all, Today I saw an article with such an illustration. I would love to know what blastx is, or if there is a website or post about it.

Thanks, andres.firrincieli. Is this an ncbi based tool? Sorry I also tried googling, but I didn't find a rationale or introduction about it.

Thank you very much, GenoMax. I see that blastx can search nucleotide queries against protein databases, translating queries on the fly. This solved my doubts.
