Hi there,

I have a document in .gff format in which there is a list of coding intergenic transcripts. The basic annotations of each transcript have been listed. The transcript start sites, transcript end sites, start and stop of CDS, and coordinates of each exon within each transcript have been listed. I was wondering if there is any software I can use to: 1) add UTRs, start codon and stop codon to the .gff document, 2) convert .gff to the formal .gtf format? Thanks for any suggestions!

Best, Issac
