Hello, biostar!

I am looking for co-expression pattern of selected genes in specific cells of Arabidopsis root.

I have a list of genes (around 1000) and Seurat normalized expression values of those genes were retrieved from a single cell database. Now I want to perform data mining and downstream analysis on this dataset. However, I could not find any single-cell level analysis tool that can be used for my purpose. This is what I just found out a very promising R package https://github.com/smorabit/hdWGCNA Unfortunately I'm also not very good at bioinformatics and I don't know how my dataset can be integrated into R. I was wondering if any idea that I could continue for downstream analysis.
