Hi guys, I'm gonna to ask a question much more theoretical: does it exist a sotware to remove the contribution of a single study from a meta-analysis?
As an example:
- I have the summary statistics of a meta-analysis related to the trait y
- I have also the sumstats derived only conducting an association analysis in a single study (being involved in the same meta-analysis) and related to the same trait y
Is it possible to "delete" the contribution of the single study from the meta-analysis?
Thank you!
You probably need to redo the meta-analysis but only with the studies you selected
