RefSeq Transcript vs Reference Genome sequence

Hello, can someone explain what RefSeq Transcript is in here? (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/genome/guide/human/index.shtml) Do I read this reference sequence transcript? What is this different from reference genome sequence? Thanks a lot!

RefSeq transcripts are expressed part of the genome. Refseq genome is the entire genome sequence.

The transcript is the RNA sequence, while the genome sequence is the genomic DNA sequence.
