Hi guys, I am trying to use NLGenomeSweeping tool to annotate NLR sequence on my genome data, but I met some problems when I build environment by conda. This tool requires samtools, python, interproscan, blast, bedtools, muscle, etc. However, when I am trying to install them, they always conflict with each other. What should I do to resolve this problems? Thanks for your all guys' time!

Sorry I didn't check the topic for a long time, it finally worked after I changed the packages install order, may the tools get enviromental conflicts with each other.

Probably just give it a shot with mamba, does a better job resolving conflicts and is much quicker than conda.
