Quickly examining many MSAs

I need to look at hundreds of MSAs for visual QA. I have the aligned fasta files on my file system and looking for a software that will allow me to quickly browse through them. For example, I tried Jalview, which works nicely but I could not find a way to load many MSAs at once and quickly swipe through. Is anyone aware of a tool that can do this, or has other suggestion?

I would suggest a command line, non-GUI alignment viewer. There are several options, I think. For example:

You should be able to use one of these in conjunction with some simple scripting to make browsing of multiple MSAs more efficient.
