packages to detect chromoanagenesis phenomena in germline or cancer genomes

Dear all,

Any recommendation about the software packages that I could use in order to detect if any WGS data (particularly, tumor WGS) display massive re-arrangements (such chromothripsis, chromoplexy, chromoanasynsthesis, TIC) ? I can see that ShatterProof or ShatterSeek (https://github.com/parklab/ShatterSeek) have been used in some studies, I was wondering if you have any other suggestions.
