Power calculations for differential ChIP

Does anyone have any good references for answers to questions about the power of a differential ChIP analysis?

There are some studies on sequencing depth and number of replicates and how that relates to the number of peaks found in one condition, but I've not seen much about replicates for differential analysis between two conditions.
