HLA typing with archasHLA - DNA seq?

The HLA typing tool arcasHLA (https://github.com/RabadanLab/arcasHLA) takes RNA-seq data as input. Can you give this tool DNA-seq data?

Probably not, as they clearly state on their repo ... from RNA sequencing. Have a look at OptiType. It works with both RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq (exome and WGS).
