Hi everyone!

I was hoping to find methylation sequences from Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing in the following format

Chromosome number - position - Methylation probability - coverage

But I am not sure which file format.

enter image description here

I checked

.bigwig: nope

.bed: looks a little more like it

However, my closest result was .bed file.

Maybe someone here has insight, fow which I would be extremely grateful!

Do you mean published data or do you have data at hand and are in need of a preprocessing pipeline?
