I have three groups and want to make a comparison between all three ones. One of them is the reference group and the other two are tumor cells(these groups come from DEGs, originating from a single-cell analysis). I tried to do it by GSEA GUI software but it doesn't accept three groups. If anyone have any suggestion, I appreciate it!
