Hi there, I am trying to perform a plink association on a categorical phenotype ('Yes','No','None') with a phenotype file that has 1 phenotype, and a covariate file that has 5 covariates. But I seem to be getting the error below (that the phenotyped is skipped). Reading other posts, plink will usually display an error eg. VIF but not in this case. Can anyone help with troubleshooting? Thanks very much in advance.
