Greetings,

I am new to bioinformatics and especially RNA seq analysis. Are there any good books to start with? Also is the handbook on bioinformatics by biostars good enough to start with?

Sorry for my naive question, but I need some guidance.

There are loads of resources out there. I found StatQuest's video series to be particularly helpful:

This is a good one: https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/transcriptomics/tutorials/ref-based/tutorial.html
