Clade model C of PAML to detect positive selection in coding nucleotide sequences

I'd like to apply the Clade model C from PAML for detection of positive selection. Could you advise me please appropriate settings for the Null and Alternative models for my test? Are there any good tutorials with detailed command line settings for the Clade models available? I'm working with CDS sequences.
