Deleted:SNP ID (rsID) to Chr no. and Position

Hi,

I have SNP arrays with rs ID, log R and BAF values, but I don't have the ID's chr. number and position. The platform that were used are:

GPL6433 Illumina HumanHap550 Genotyping BeadChip v1
GPL6434 Illumina HumanHap550 Genotyping BeadChip v3
GPL6982 Illumina HumanHap550-Duov3 Genotyping BeadChip (HumanHap550-2v3_B)
GPL8887 Illumina Human610-Quad v1.0 BeadChip
GPL18900    HumanOmniExpress-12v1 BeadChip

In GEO, you can find a Data table with rsID, chr number, position and more, but some of these tables are 'build' by hg18, and the SNP arrays I have are 'build' by hg19. You can say that I am trying to recreate the Data table but for hg19. I don't know if this is possible, so any help is appreciated
